Right, so Pray For Three is Hacksaw Gaming's follow-up to SixSixSix, but instead of Balthazar and Beelzebub you get these two creepy sisters -- Scary Mary and Morbid Magda. Fallen angels who got booted out of heaven and decided to just run the place downstairs instead. The whole thing is done in black and white with little bits of cyan, very old-timey cartoon feel. There's this jazzy piano soundtrack that somehow makes the whole morbid vibe work. It runs on a 5x5 grid with 3,125 ways to win, cascading reels, and you can bet from 10p up to a hundred quid.

The low payers are all greyed-out bits and bobs -- nails, a candle, a whip, an hourglass, and a tombstone. They're worth 0.3x your bet for five of a kind, so basically nothing on their own. The premiums are a chalice, a crow, a snake, some sort of lamb, and this bleeding-eyed girl who's the top symbol at 4x for five. Wilds show up as an upside-down cross when they hit a win and pay 5x for a full line of five. Everything's monochrome which honestly looks class once you get used to it.

The big mechanic here is the Wheel of Sin sitting above the reels. It's got three sections, and you trigger it by landing a Prayer Hand or Divine Prayer Hand during a winning cascade. The regular Prayer Hand shows a number from 1 to 3, telling you how many wheel sections spin. The Divine Prayer Hand fires all three every time. The left section gives adding multipliers up to x333, the middle can do adding or multiplying up to x33, and the right section is purely multiplying multipliers up to x33. When all three hit together it can get properly mental.

Honestly, the frustrating bit is when you finally land a Prayer Hand and it only activates one section. Happens more often than you'd like. But when a Divine Prayer Hand drops and all three sections light up, that's where the real damage is done. It's not the most original idea Hacksaw have ever had but the delivery feels solid enough.

Three bonus rounds here, all starting with 10 free spins. Land 3 scatters for Wicked Ways, which just bumps up the Prayer Hand and wild frequency a bit. Four scatters gets you Living on a Prayer, where regular Prayer Hands vanish entirely and you only get Divine ones -- much better.
