Crazy Crops

After a few sessions on Crazy Crops, I got why it clicks. Its a cheerful farm setup from Slotmill, played on a 5x4 grid with 20 paylines. Stakes run 0.20 up to 60, RTP is 96.03% (there is also a 94.05% version), and it feels properly medium volatility.

Symbols-wise, Crazy Crops keeps it simple: J, Q, K, A for the low end, paying about 2x to 4x for five. The premium veg are onion, broccoli, tomato, pumpkin, and aubergine or squash, paying 5x to 12x for five. Wilds sub for anything except scatters.

The main hook in Crazy Crops is the stacked veg on reel 1. If it lands half-shown, it can nudge to fill the whole column and kick off the respins. You get 3 lives, they reset when matching veg land, and everything locks in. Upgrade and Add can show up too.

Free spins come from 3, 4, or 5 scatters (or Bonus symbols) for 8, 12, or 16 spins, and during the bonus the stack always nudges into place, so respins happen a lot. The stacked veg step up the paytable as you go. Theres also Xtra-Bet (+50% stake) and Fast Track buys (25x, 100x, 200x).

I ended up liking Crazy Crops more than I expected, mostly because it feels cosy and straightforward, but still has that little bit of tension when the respins start chaining. The clean farm look suits it, and the base game can pop off anytime. Max win is 5000x, like 20 aubergines collected.
